**JOB RESPONSABILITIES**
- Handle the cost controlling activities for Brazilian FPSOs for offshore activities in Brazil (or post Sail Away activities from China)
- Interface with current cost management team on project to familiarize with project cost breakdown structure and budget / forecast assumption
- Liaise with local team (logistic / project management / offshore commissioning) to understand activities to be carried out upon arrival in Brazil
- Ensure project structure (and systems) are well in line with project execution strategy (intercompany structure, JV scope reimbursement etc)
- Re-assess forecast periodically for this specific phase of the project
- Ensure all processes are well followed and endorsed (OPFR process, custom clearance funding, back charge to operations, etc)
- Liaise with Local content Team in Brazil to fine tune LC performing and landing on LC fine estimate
- Warranty cost controller for Brazilian FPSOs
- Take over from current cost controllers the warranty projects follow-up for Brazilian FPSOs
- Prepare the Warranty claim forms with estimated value for approval from management
- Follow and report actuals vs estimated budgetary value for warranty projects
- Assess risks / opportunities not captured yet under warranty projects
- Setup projects in Ecosys
- Run cash planning for warranty projects

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bechelor's degree completed
- Adavnced English level
- Experience as project cost controller
- Understanding of intercompany flows and mechanism
- Nice to have - Exposed to custom matters previously / exposed to local content requirements previously
