**Preferred Qualifications**

Profissional com experiência em implementação de projetos de níveis de complexidade baixo - médio - alto (Preferencialmente projetos do ramo hoteleiro), talento para relacionamentos complexos entre cliente e outros departamentos durante toda as fases do projeto.

Desenvolverá e manterá padrões consistentes para entrega de projetos, apoiará em definição de escopo de projetos e estimativas, bem como acompanhamento e coordenação de recursos humanos durante o projeto, custos e tempo, sendo o 1º nível de escalonamento para o cliente e para a equipe de consultores no local.

Gerenciará projetos remotamente em todos os países LAD, podendo viajar esporadicamente, se necessário e requisitado pelo cliente.

2-4 anos de experiência relevante para esta posição, incluindo 1 ano de experiência específica em gerenciamento de projetos.

Capacidade de comunicar-se de forma eficaz em Inglês ou Espanhol, se tiver os dois, será um diferencial.

Capacidade de construir relacionamento com os membros da equipe e clientes e viajar quando necessário (aprox. de 10% a 25% do tempo).

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

This most senior implementation project professional manages highly complex relationships with client site during entire Implementation phase. Tracks and coordinates all moving pieces of the Implementation from start to end. 1st level of escalation for onsite installation team.

Manages Implementation Service deliverables throughout installation project including milestones and project schedule. Develops and maintains consistent standards for project delivery. Reviews project proposals. Confers with implementation team, management or account management to locate the appropriate parties to provide technical advice. Creates and communicates status reporting for both internal and external purposes. Manages project closure and handoff to Account Manager and Help Desk.

10+ years of experience relevant to this position including 5+ years of project management experience. Second-level management experience preferred; proficient at managing managers and large team. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects of increasing complexity with commensurate professional sophistication. Ability to travel as needed.
