You support our team as MECHANICAL TECHNICAL ASSISTANT **Responsibilities**: - Provide technical assistance to the branch's customers by performing repairs on mechanical seals, evaluating repairs, assembling and testing equipment in accordance with the company's quality standards and within established deadlines, meeting the customer's repair needs. - Evaluate, refurbish, assemble, and perform leak tests on mechanical seals received from customers, reviewing drawings, designs, and production orders, and assessing each task and process to ensure efficiency and improved repair results. - Provide technical support to customers regarding mechanical seals by answering inquiries, offering assessments and recommendations, and being technically responsible for the services provided. - Contact customers to clarify technical doubts. - Train entry-level professionals by sharing theoretical and practical knowledge and clarifying any questions. - Issue failure analysis reports for sealing systems. - Perform machining of various parts to repair seal components. - Develop and execute the annual lubrication plan for machines. - Carry out external activities related to working at heights and in confined spaces, as required. **Qualifications**: - High School Diploma - Technical training in Mechanical Maintenance or related fields is desirable The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
