**Primary Purpose**:
Elevate finance capability and leadership in plants by establishing a new Finance Business Partner (FBP) role that will be an integral member of the Plant Leadership Team and partner with Plant Director to achieve business results and successfully implement Operational Excellence

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Lead plant finance role with responsibility for delivering targeted results
- Main driver and change agent for strategic initiatives (e.g. Operational Excellence )
- Lead business and financial reporting activities, estimates and analysis (AOP)
- Capital planning owner (CAPEX)
- Perform tactical analysis to support solid plant decision making
- Provide the sponsorship required for cross-functional projects to succeed and assure required resources for initiation and completion of projects in the plant.
- Support Plant Director with information about cost and projects. Provide on timeinformation to Plant Management and Staff personnel to take decision and proper short/long term planning.
- Prepare and Conduct monthly financial reviews with Latin America region

**Education**:
Required
- Degree in Accountant, Economy or Administration
- Fluent English

Desired
- MBA

**Experience**:
Required
- Minimum 10 years of experience (minimum 5 years in lead management role)
- Minimum 3-5 years direct manufacturing experience (3-5 years financial analysis experience )

**Knowledge**:
Required
- A visible and passionate leader with personal courage to recommend/make difficult decisions
- Able to interface seamlessly with the Plant Leadership and associates on the shop floor
- Effective communication skills, able to present ideas and complex technical information
- Persuasively to a wide range of audiences

Desired
- Willing and able to relocate domestically/internationally
