**What are we looking for?**
Technically evaluates fragrance oils in gas chromatography techniques, providing guidance to olfactory specialists ensuring high quality fragrances and reduced time to market.

**What are the main responsibilities**:
This role reports into a joint Natura and Avon Olfactive department leader and works closely with a wide range of PD formulators as well as marketing teams and R&D support functions.

**Who is the person?**

**What you need to have?**
Strong problem solving, interpersonal, team, bench and cross-cultural communications (oral & written) skills.

Strong organizational skills and be able to work successfully in a matrix global environment.
