**About the role**:
Mission:
Contribute the achievement of the Upskilling/Reskilling & Certification goals and objectives by supporting the implementation of skills & learning technologies and systems that support the employee’s skills development and growth.
Lead the metrics development and evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness of the skills & learning solutions and track the impact on skill development and organizational performance. This includes collecting and analyzing data, generating reports, and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Digital & Automation manager will also be responsible for managing a team of Data Analyst, Web developer, enhancing and implementing an agile and scrum practices, share expertise, and contribute to the whole organization.

Key Accountabilities
- Developing plans to introduce new automation technologies to increase efficiency and productivity levels within the Data & Automation Team
- Evaluating potential automation projects to determine whether they make sense from a business standpoint.
- Support the development of training materials for employees who will be using any new Skills & learning system as well as any other automated system.
- Implement clear process for maintenance with a Service Level Agreement (SLA), where possible, and work closely with CTIO to manage issue & bug reporting capabilities for both tools & reports

- Database management The ability to analyze, model and interpret data.

Education, qualifications, and certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years related work experience with automation/developing.
- Team management experience.
- Good level of practiced technical knowledge.
- Data/Development/Technical Skills
- Communication Skills
- Teamwork/Collaboration on remote environment skills
- People Management Skills
- Associate level DevOps/Cloud certification is a must
