**About the team**
The Customer Success Workforce Transformation and Readiness (CSWTR) organization was established to build upon the strong foundation of the nine-month SAP Academy for Customer Success and continue to support the development journey of the Academy associates across a three-year journey. The global team is responsible for all field related activities from demand planning and recruiting through year 3 with SAP. The core focus of this team is to increase productivity and business impact by creating an optimal field experience for our associates to accelerate their development in customer facing roles.
**What you’ll do**:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - CSWTR Global Operations
Location: São Paulo, Brazil
**In this role, you’ll**:
The Operations Intern will support the following:
- Planning and implementation of projects aligned with CSWTR’s 4 Approaches strategy:
- Attract & Hire
- Develop
- Integrate
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Key communications and resource updates
- On-going and ad-hoc projects related to content delivery, performance tracking, and field coordination of Academy associates.
**Who you are**:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Previous internship and/or leadership opportunities during university is preferable
- Project management and organization
- Ability to think critically and connect dots
