**What will you be doing?**
- O (A) Analista de Contratos Jr é responsável por monitorar os requisitos contratuais, garantindo o cumprimento destes;
- O (A) profissional deverá auxiliar o gerente de contratos no reporte dos relatórios ao cliente, com o auxílio do especialista ou gerente de contratos, o andamento do cumprimento do contrato e manter atualizados todos os documentos referentes ao andamento do contrato;
- Dentro do projeto se reportará ao “Especialista de Contratos I” ou ao “Especialista de Contratos II” ou ao “Gerente de Contratos do Projeto”, dependendo do tipo de projeto; e funcionalmente ao “Gerente de Serviços Regional”.

**What experience would we like you to have?**
- Aplicar melhorias nos processos para diligenciar as atividades executadas pela área;
- Realizar cálculos de reajustes contratuais “escalation”, quando aplicável;
- Arquivar documentos que comprovem as obrigações contratuais;
- Monitorar o atendimento às cláusulas contratuais;
- Elaborar correspondências técnico-comerciais e técnico-contratuais;
- Atualizar os índices financeiros referentes ao projeto;
- Manter a organização e controle dos documentos contratuais, garantindo o acesso aos locais de trabalho das equipes;
- Acompanhar o processo de faturamento, auxiliando a coleta de evidências necessárias;
- Atualizar relatórios para reporte quinzenal e mensal ao cliente;
- Monitorar o cumprimento das datas de entrega dos arquivos base que compõem os relatórios quinzenais (RO - Relatório de Ocorrências) e mensais (RM - Relatório Mensal);
- Participar das reuniões de kick-off com a equipe de projetos;
- Manter interface com as demais disciplinas do projeto para verificar a consistência e coerência dos dados compartilhados para reporte ao cliente;
- Controlar e atualizar fases e reajustes nos valores do seguro -garantia (ou equivalente) previsto em contrato.**Formação**
- Curso Superior Completo.

**Cursos e conhecimentos**

**Obrigatórios**:

- Bons conhecimentos do Pacote Office;
- Inglês avançado/fluente.

**Desejável**:

- Noções de gerenciamento de projetos e/ou contratos;
- Boa comunicação oral e escrita;
- Conhecimento financeiro básico.
