**CIX - Citizen Experience** is launching a **Technology Center of Excellence** in Brazil, which will be responsible for supporting the global deployment of CIX digital public service solutions. This new structure will serve as the launchpad for international projects in Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East.

We are seeking an **International IT Deployment Manager** to work directly on technical pre-sales, planning, and execution of the initial deployment cycles in new countries.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Work alongside the Head of International Digital Services in structuring CIX's first international operations.
- Actively participate in technical pre-sales phases and proposal development.
- Coordinate the deployment of CIX technology solutions, ensuring alignment with global operational standards.
- Adapt solutions to local realities, respecting each country’s regulatory frameworks and cultural contexts.
- Travel frequently for on-site support and field oversight of deployments.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Proven experience in deploying IT solutions, preferably in public or international contexts.
- Strong ability to manage timelines, teams, and technical integrations.
- Hands-on, resilient profile with adaptability to multicultural and challenging environments.
- Fluency in **Portuguese and English** is mandatory.
- ** French and/or Spanish** are highly valued.
- Flexibility for frequent international travel and direct involvement in partner countries.
