**Job Summary**

Fixed Asset Management:

- Process & record fixed asset creation & capitalization based on local requirements, IFRS and SABIC policy
- Process & record capital spares based on local requirements, IFRS and SABIC policy
- Process fixed asset closing activities (e.g. settlement, depreciation and amortization) based on financial closing guideline
- Process & record fixed asset adjustments, transfers, de-compensation and disposal
- Process & record Precious metals revaluations, adjustments and update
- Drive fixed asset Physical Verification and record surplus / shortage

Lease Asset Management:

- Process & record lease assets identification & capitalization
- Process lease assets closing activities (e.g. adjustments and amortization)
- Process & record lease asset residual value re-measurement, modification and termination

Asset reporting and reconciliation
- Prepared Asset Performance report, with justification (monthly)
- Prepared detailed reconciliation of Asset GL accounts
- Validated finance QPR inputs related to Assets

**What Matters to SABIC**

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
