- Rappi is looking for an operations analyst. In this position you will work with data to find insights that improve our operation and problems that can be solved with action plans, controlling our KPI's and ensuring the best level of service for our customers.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Operational activities of routine to maintain indicators
- Analysis of worst offenders in operational metrics
- Meetings with local and global operations team
- Meetings with the commercial team to implement the action plan (indirect leadership)
- Presentations of indicators to stakeholders
- Live monitoring
