**Infrastructure Analyst**:

- São Paulo, SP | Full Time-
The Infrastructure Analyst will work with Maxihost's expansion projects across all the company's regions and the new ones. It'll be his/her responsibility to ensure the delivery of the projects on time, work with field engineers to guarantee the execution of installations, and document all the infrastructure processes and procedures.

**Responsibilities**
- Follow end-to-end infrastructure projects, participating in the planning, setting up other areas, development and execution with involved parties, and service delivery.
- Perform infrastructure-related troubleshooting, focusing on solving hardware-related problems involving all server components (motherboard to disk).
- Align demands with FE (field engineers) for troubleshooting, new installations, migrations, and expansion.
Ensure data center stability and capacity in the allocated region.
- Document processes related to infrastructure procedures (rack elevation, port allocation, IP configuration).
- Support the internal teams (Sales, Operations, and Network Operations) with solutions to problems presented in the infrastructure.

**Skills and qualifications**
- Basic understanding of the primary data center and networking components, PDUs, Power Cables, fiber, SFP, switches, routers, and firewall.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones, according to the demand of the projects
