Bachelor's Degree. - Experience as Human Resources Business Partner or similar roles. - Experience in operational environment. - Experience supporting hourly employee client groups. - English and Portuguese Fluent. (C1+)
- Strong analytical skills, including the understanding of metrics to support plans and monitor performance.
- Experience influencing leaders in a highly matrixed organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to prepare high quality documents with an ability to interface with multiple levels within the organization to influence outcomes.
- Experience managing projects.
- Advanced degree from a graduate school. (MBA or Masters in HRM preferred).
- Experience in a carrier/transportation company, distribution center, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in leading at scale.
