**What are the daily tasks?**
- Support pre-sales activities and provide technical solutions, effort estimation, and delivery strategies for Test Automation and RPA implementation projects
- Lead a team of automation engineers through project completion
- Experienced in Developing Process Definition Description - PDD documents
- Experienced in developing Solution Design Document - SDD documents
- Design, implement and test automated workflows
- Deployment of RPA components: bots, robots, development tools
- Support the implementation of RPA solutions
- Create process documentation

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10+ years of delivery experience in the IT industry
- 5+ years as Automation Delivery practitioner with prior experience of Tricentis Tosca/Selenium/Katalon/Microfocus UFT.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an RPA delivery role
- Experience with customer interaction and software development lifecycle, as well as Agile project management methodology
- Extensive experience in customer facing roles, gathering business requirements, and designing solutions
- Hands on Test Automation experience with UiPath is highly recommended. Certification with leading RPA tool, with UiPath (Blue Prism, Automate Anywhere, MS Power Automate are nice to have)
- Experience architect and developing workflow-based solutions or functionality
- Experience with web development technologies preferential
- Proficiency in programming languages, such as C, C++, C#, Java, Python or.NET
- Experience with Agile development methodology
- Must have demonstrable experience with setting up Test Automation Frameworks
- Should have strong knowledge and experience in Agile delivery model
- Should have sound knowledge of test automation across multiple testing types (API, UI etc.)
- Should have proven capability to understand requirements and derive and strategize the
- testing needs for a large engagement
- Proven capability to comprehend complex systems and drive end to end testing, which would include UI, API, non-functional testing
- Should have Experience in JAVA / C# and Visual Studio code development knowledge
- Should have experience working with at least one of the following tools
- Git
REST-Assured
Maven
TestNG
JIRA
Cucumber
- Strong knowledge of Jenkins
- Strong knowledge of version control software such as Bitbucket/GitHub/GitLab
- Hands on experience working with keyword driven and data driven automation frameworks (preferred on large scale projects)
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal communication
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations
- Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients
- Ability to present technical details to non-technical stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to multitask and willing to work on multiple projects at a given time
- Nice-to-have:_
- Preferred to have experience in working with AWS and Azure cloud-based platforms
- Experience working with Jenkins and other tools sets to build CI/CD pipeline
- Have knowledge of Docker and Container solutions
