**A Hybrid working model**

**What does a Finance Analyst do at Hogarth?**

The Finance Analyst at Hogarth will be responsible for the Brazil's processes and activities of FP&A

Supporting and executing activities related to reporting, Budget, forecast variance analysis, monthly closing, SOX, procedures, analysis of Revenue, Opex, Capex, FP&A activities in general.

**Requirements**:
**Technical Skills**
- English: Advanced.
- Microsoft Excel: Advanced.
- PowerBI: Advanced.
- Degree course complete.
- Experience in FP&A.
- Knowledge of financial reports to the board - revenue/P&L/billings/payments/CAPEX/SOX/Budget.

Supporting FP&A activities:

- Annual budget and Forecasts in a quarterly basis, following the group deadlines.
- Analysing and explaining key movements and trends in P&L lines vs prior estimate, plans and previous year.
- Preparation of various Reports ( SOX Packages - P&L / BS / Revenue analysis ( Accrued and Deferred, others.
- Provide information to the Group Finance Manager by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analysis.
- Develop financial analysis reports. Also, strong reporting knowledge and analysis ability (Profitability / Costs / expenses)
