Semi Senior ETL / Data Engineering at BairesDev

In the Semi Senior ETL / Data Engineering role, use your solid experience in ETL processes and data warehousing to manage complex data workflows. You'll be pivotal in optimizing data extraction and transformation processes, implementing data models, and ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.

What you will do
- Lead and manage the design, construction, installation, testing, and maintenance of highly scalable data management systems.
- Build high-performance algorithms, predictive models, and prototypes.
- Ensure data architecture will support the requirements of business teams and data scientists.
- Develop set processes for data mining, data modeling, and data production.
- Troubleshoot complex data issues and perform root cause analysis to proactively resolve product and operational issues.
- Mentor junior data engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

What we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience with ETL / Data Engineering.
- Proven experience with APIs and Web Services.
- Experience with database technologies.
- Advanced knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Basic IT infrastructure knowledge.
- Proficient in writing and implementing unit tests.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced level of English.
