RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks to be performed under this contract
- **Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with the organization objectives.**
- **Driving strategic marketing campaigns and optimizing digital experiences to enhance engagement (direct and through partners), brand visibility, and organization growth**
- **Identify key influencers to boost brand awareness and engagement.**
- **Monitor relevant discussions of migration related issues on social media.**
- **Provide data driven recommendations to improve engagement and conversion rates.**
- **Provide support with IOM Brazil’s communications strategy.**
- **Provide overall support with research and fact-checking to produce communication material.**
- **Capture images in photo and video.**
- **Support operational processes related to communications.**
- **Stay abreast of new design and social media trends and delivers create and innovative ideas.**
- **Perform any other duties as may be needed.**
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related areas by an accredited university.
Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prepare clear and concise products.
- Expertise in campaign execution, digital marketing, and data-driven decision-making to create seamless and impactful digital interactions across multiple platforms
- Be an active social media user and stay up to date with the latest trends in online content.
- Knowledge in the field of migration is an advantage.
- Knowledge of graphic design is an advantage.
Languages
- Required: English (working knowledge) and Portuguese. Advantageous: Spanish
IOM’s official languages are English, French and Spanish.
Proficiency of language(s) required will be specifically evaluated during the selection process, which may include written and/or oral assessments.
Travel required

**Notes**
- IOM covers Consultants against occupational accidents and illnesses under the Compensation Plan (CP), free of charge, for the duration of the consultancy. IOM does not provide evacuation or medical insurance for reasons related to non-occupational accidents and illnesses. Consultants are responsible for their own medical insurance for non-occupational accident or illness and will be required to provide written proof of such coverage before commencing work.
