We are the leader in Open Banking Payments, and we’re on a mission to give merchants and consumers a better payment experience through Pay by Bank. For merchants, we deliver payment acceptance at a significantly lower cost than cards. **About the team**
As Trustly's Director of Advanced Analysis, you will lead a team of analysts dedicated to providing strategic insights and expert analysis to drive high-impact business decisions.
Your team will leverage data and advanced analytical tools to support key priorities across various departments, including Risk, Product, Merchant Services, Finance, and others. You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify and shape strategic initiatives that align with the company's overall goals.
In addition to your analytical expertise, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and mentoring your team members. Your focus will be on their career growth and ensuring that their skills and contributions are aligned with Trustly's strategic objectives.
