The **Marketing **department creates passion and relevance for the "Dolby Difference" driving sell-in and sell-thru of Dolby enabled devices, services, content, and experiences across multiple constituents - partners, creators, consumers, and developers. **Responsibilities: - **Integrated Marketing Communications**:Develop and implement Dolby’s B2B2C Integrated Marketing Strategy to drive: - Awareness and support among creators, industry partners, and consumers - Community and fanbase growth and advocacy - Technology adoption by device manufacturers and playback support by service providers - **PR/Communications**:Lead PR agency in developing a communications strategy to advance Dolby’s position as an industry leader and achieve strategic goals with external audiences. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and other media to secure positive coverage. - **Digital/Social/Influencers**:Create and manage LATAM digital, social, and influencer strategy to grow Dolby’s fan base and engagement with creators, partners, and consumers. - **Events**:Develop and execute Dolby's partner, creator, and consumer events strategy. - **Partner Marketing**:Develop partner marketing initiatives to incorporate Dolby into partner programs and ensure Dolby’s technologies are promoted effectively across all touchpoints. - **Demo Experiences**:Work with partners and global teams to deploy compelling demo experiences that highlight Dolby’s value and influence purchase decisions. - **Content Strategy and Localization**:Manage the localization of global content and the creation of local content across various channels, ensuring consistency throughout the consumer journey. - **Research & Insights**:Collaborate with research teams to identify insights that inform the marketing approach in LATAM. - **Marketing Operations**:Set and deliver annual marketing performance metrics. Manage the budget to support key priorities and optimize ROI. Track and report on marketing activation results. - **Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management**:Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team. Manage relationships with regional and local agencies, as well as social media partners (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.). **Primary KPIs: - Dolby awareness and perception among target audiences - Interest and sentiment among partners and decision-makers - Press coverage and sentiment - Social media follower growth and engagementWebsite traffic growth and SEO performance **Qualifications: - **Education and Experience Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. - 8+ years of experience in regional or local marketing leadership roles for global companies with a track record of success in B2C2B marketing in LATAM. - Experience with consumer electronics, mobile OEMs, automotive brands, or entertainment industry preferred. Relationships with leading cinema chains are advantageous. - **Proven Track Record**: - Building a brand through PR, social, influencer, and partner marketing - Developing successful integrated marketing programs in the LATAM region, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences - Working effectively with cross-functional teams across regions - Managing external agencies to deliver outstanding resultsBuilding relationships internally and externally at the executive level **Desired Characteristics: - A leader with both creative and analytical abilities who can inspire teams to achieve measurable outcomes - Strategic, proactive, and collaborative - Innovative, with the ability to engage others in new ideas - Ability to develop and implement both strategic programs and supporting tactics - Strong balance of practical mindset and business acumen to lead through complex marketing operations - Global sensibilities with the ability to work with virtual teams - Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and EnglishWillingness to travel (up to 40%) **Location**:São Paulo, BR Dolby Laboratories, Inc.
