We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Solutions Expert to collaborate with the design and implementation of our groundbreaking payments and receivables anticipation solution. This role is critical to bridging financial expertise with product, technology, and operational excellence, ensuring that Osigu’s solution addresses the unique challenges of healthcare providers and aligns with regulatory, market, and technological standards.

**Key responsibilities**

**Product Development**:

- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of financial products, focusing on healthcare payments, financing, and reimbursement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, Operations, and Finance, to design and implement a robust Cash-Out platform.
- Collaborate with requirements and workflows for integrating receivables anticipation functionality into Osigu’s product portfolio.
- Partner with external stakeholders, such as banks, payment processors, and investment funds, to establish partnerships that support the solution’s value proposition.

**Payments Expertise**:

- Develop innovative payment solutions, including credit, debit, instant payments, and other financial mechanisms, aligned with the healthcare ecosystem and Osigu’s strategy.

**Structuring Financing Models**:

- Collaborate on the design and execution of financing strategies, such as FIDC (Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios), ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.

**Market Expertise**:

- Conduct economic and financial analyses to identify opportunities for innovation, market growth, and competitive advantage.
- Analyze and understand the receivables anticipation landscape, including FIDICs, banking systems, digital payment infrastructures, and regulatory frameworks in key markets.

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay updated with financial and healthcare industry regulations in Brazil, ensuring all products and processes comply with applicable laws, including BACEN, CVM, and ANS rules.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Partner with internal teams, including Product, Technology, and Business Development, to align strategies and deliver seamless financial solutions to healthcare providers and payers.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Build relationships with financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and key partners to enhance Osigu’s product offering.

**Training and Enablement**:

- Develop training programs to upskill internal teams (financial, product, and operations) on the Cash-Out solution’s functionality and market relevance.

**Required competencies and skills**
- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
- Work Experience:

- 7+ years in financial services, with a strong focus on payments, financing, or investment structures.
- Proven experience with FIDC structures, including creation, operation, and monitoring.
- Background in financial product design, preferably within healthcare or fintech.
- Specific Knowledge / Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of the Brazilian payments ecosystem (PIX, credit/debit networks, and emerging solutions).
- Deep understanding of financial regulations, including BACEN, CVM, and ANS rules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform complex financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
