**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**

**The mission of SAP Cloud Application Services (CAS)** is to maximize customer success during the RUN phase of SAP cloud solution lifecycles. CAS helps customers drive adoption, stabilize operations, mitigate risk, and reduce total cost of ownership—freeing up resources for innovation.

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**

We are seeking a highly motivated, solution-oriented team member for the role of a customer-facing** Services Architecture Senior Specialist** to strengthen our **Cloud Application Services Global Solutioning Center**. This team works closely with Sales leaders to deliver SLA-based managed cloud services focussing the _RUN_ phase of SAP cloud solutions.

As a **Services Architecture Senior Specialist**, you will be responsible for analyzing customers’ requirements related to cloud solution _Run & Manage_ as well as _Improve & Enhance_ phases, and for designing tailored managed service solutions to meet those needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Account and Industry/Services sales teams in deal qualification, solution design, and deal closure activities
- Lead service assessment and scoping workshops with customers, both onsite and remotely
- Contribute to strategic and complex deals
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders such as Global Commercial & Finance, Supplier Management, Sales, Account Teams, Delivery Execution, and Partners
- Develop service delivery models and deal-specific pricings aligned with customer requirements
- Contribute to the creation of Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROM), binding offers, and compelling value propositions
- Assist with and deliver customer presentations
- Align with Delivery Units to ensure feasibility and readiness of delivery capabilities
- Participate in customer contract creation, validation, and review processes
- Support complex RFP responses and contracting activities

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**

**Required skills**
- Masters degree or equivalent
- Must be fluent in English and Portuguese (verbal and written)
- Spanish language is a plus
- ITIL certification
- PMP or similar is a plus
- Willingness to work in a global & virtual team
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Previous knowledge on the Managed Services business is a plus.
- Experience in the preparation of proposals and RFP responses
- Skills in one or several SAP products & cloud solutions
- Willingness to travel
- Creative & solution-oriented person that thinks out of the box
- Good Listening skills and attention to details
- A team-player with a collaborative style to work with multiple groups & stakeholders

**Preferred skills**
- Communicative & Proactive
- Customer facing role, Customer oriented, understanding of customer requirements

**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- minimum 4 years working experience in the SAP domain or similar cloud vendor
- Experiences in SAP Managed Services / Cloud Services
- Experiences in Sales, Presales, Deal Solutioning, Solution & Service Advisory or Consulting
