**Requisitos**:

- Experience in Project Management Methodologies (desirable PMP certification);
- Microsoft Office advanced (Mainly MS Project and PowerPoint);
- Strong strategic business focus, technical aptitude, and innovation mindset ;
- High organization skills: capability of working across multiple projects simultaneously;
- Goal-oriented with sense of urgency and self-motivated;
- Strong continuous Improvement mindset, openness to change, adaptability;
- Must have a can-do attitude of a change agent with a digital mindset;
- Intense experience of working in multicultural teams over the years;
- Ability to develop relationships & effective communication skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Sharp hard skills (analytics; dashboarding and deck building);
- Good presentation skills: proper tools, storytelling;
- English proficiency.

**Atividades**:

- Ensure the project execution according to time, costs, budget, and savings, reporting accordingly;
- Monitor and control project performance, reporting status to top management;
- Guarantee proper usage of PM Methodology;
- Deploy the usage of the PPM tool in the área;
- Support the use of project tools;
- Promote and guarantee people training/certification program;
- Manage Curitiba´s Plant Portfolio Committee;
- Implement and maintain the area's project scorecard;
- Monitor the allocation of resources between projects;
- Support projects prioritization within the portfolio;
- Audit Project Methodologies usage;
- Keep up to date the strategic plan ;
- Consolidate KPIs and create dashboards/analytics to support strategic decisions;
- Support presentations for Executive Boards.
