Responsibilities & skills:
◾️ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPIs

◾️ Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Preset and Tableau

◾️ Optimize data models and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and efficiency

◾️ Conduct thorough testing and validation of BI solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability of data

◾️ Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users

◾️ Stay current with industry trends and best practices in BI and data visualization

◾️ Participate in team meetings, project planning, and knowledge-sharing activities

◾️ Leverage UI/UX knowledge to increase customer adoption and ease of use

◾️ Collaborate with our data science, engineering, and sales teams

◾️ Adopt a self-starter mentality, and inspire other team members to do the same

**Experience**:
◾️ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

◾️ Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Analyst, with a focus on data visualization

◾️ Strong proficiency in Preset and Tableau, including dashboard design and development

◾️ Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)

◾️ Familiarity with ETL tools and processes

◾️ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

◾️ Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

◾️ Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment

◾️ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

◾️ Working with retail or consumer data or alternative data sources

◾️ Driving actionable insights from alternative data sources

Technical skills:
◾️ Experience with other BI tools such as Power BI, QlikView, or Looker

◾️ Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies

◾️ Familiarity with data mining and machine learning techniques

◾️ Relevant certifications in Preset and Tableau
