SEO Outreach Manager at BairesDev

We are looking for an SEO Outreach Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. This person will be responsible for leading our offsite SEO strategy, including white-hat authority building and inorganic content expansion (M&A).

What You’ll Do:

- Design and implement an authority-building strategy.
- Build processes and frameworks to guarantee compliance with recommended web developers guidelines associated with authority building.
- Come up with new content ideas that drive brand loyalty, traffic, and leads.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 2+ years experience in an outreach, link building, or SEO role.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tactics from keyword research over link prospecting to the monitoring of performance metrics.
- Proven experience with industry-leading SEO, outreach CRM, and analytics tools.
- Solid analytical and data-driven skillset, qualified in Google Analytics to create reports autonomously.
- Extremely well organized, in both time and project management, with a hands-on mentality to get things done.
- Excellent English writing skills and oral proficiency.

Desirable:

- Native English speaker.
- Previous experience in the Staffing/Talent industry is a big plus.
