**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Invoicing & Approval**:

- Seek project measurement report approval from clients.
- Issue invoices timely and accurately according to approved reports and contract terms.
- Ensure all accounts receivable activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all transactions and communications with clients.
- **Reports Automation & Analysis**:

- Develop and maintain aging reports to monitor outstanding receivables and key AR metrics
- Work with the FP&A analyst to forecast cash receipts and identify potential cash flow issues.
- Perform regular reconciliation of accounts receivable balances.
- Resolve any discrepancies between the company’s records and clients’ statements.
- Implement best practices and automation tools to enhance AR efficiency.
- **Client Communication**:

- Communicate with clients' accounts payable departments to ensure payments are made in accordance with contract terms.
- Collect and negotiate any payment delays professionally and effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills

**Technical Skills**:

- Medium-level proficiency in English for both writing and speaking.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Experience with accounts receivable or collections structuring processes is desirable.
- Previous experience with Xero, WK radar and any other ERP system is a plus.
- Knowledge of Singaporean and Brazilian taxes over B2B revenue is a plus.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar role.
- Postgraduate and Specialization Degree is a plus.
