**Job Overview**:
The SCM Contracts Administrator reports to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management-Global Contracts and is responsible for the administration and coordination the development and execution process for Global Master Supply Agreements (“Global MSAs”) and related documentation. This role assists in providing the organization with best practices in global contracts administration to support Regional SCM use of GMSAs for Projects.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Maintain a standardized process for the full Contracts Lifecycle of SCM Global MSAs including the front-end initiation, expediting, and back-end execution of contracts.
- Maintain and disseminate status reports.
- Draft strategy and informational presentations.
- Maintain accurate paper and electronic contract records.
- Maximize the use of the company’s related information systems and technology for tracking, analysis, reporting, administration, and communication of Global MSA information.
- Perform additional duties as assigned and participate in special projects as required.
**Essential Qualifications and Education**:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience administering the full Contracts Lifecycle preferably in the Oil & Gas business in both the onshore and offshore space.
- Expert in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to recognize & resolve conflict.
