**Equities Middle Office Sr. Analyst**

**Description**:
The Equities Middle Office team is responsible for supporting Citi’s institutional equities business desks in the processing of cash equities and derivatives transactions for institutional local and global investment manager clients during the lifecycle of a trade: pre
- and post-trade execution, performing trade allocations and acting as point of contact for other Global Middle Office structures and clients. It is also responsible for managing stock inventories for proprietary accounts, cash flows and reconciliations between the global trading systems, dealing with equity stocks, listed and OTC derivatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as part of the Equities Middle Office Team in its daily activities.
- Support institutional business desk in its trading activities of cash equities and derivatives transactions for institutional clients during the lifecycle of a trade: before, during and after trade execution.
- Support local and foreign clients (institutional investors) on pre-trade and post-trade demands, trade allocations, trade confirmations, pre-match and settlement.
- Act as point-of-contact for the Back Office, other Global Equities Teams, Custodians, Clients (local and foreign), Funds Administrators and Brokers throughout the transaction process and for reconciliation purposes.
- Intermediate the processing of Offshore Trades between Brazilian Institutional Clients and Citi’s Global Equities Teams.
- Support on IPOs, Tender Offers and Corporate Action processes.
- Perform stock inventory and cash flows management and reconciliations for the Derivatives proprietary positions. Process and monitor trades throughout the settlement cycle - stocks, ADR options, futures and FX.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree
- English - Fluent - Writing and Speaking
- 3+ years of relevant experience in financial institution / similar role
- Advanced skills at Microsoft Office Excel (VBA knowledge is a plus)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to improve existing processes. Detail oriented, team player, strog ability to multitask and prioritize. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
