Technical Lead at BairesDev

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to guide development teams while delivering software products. You'll collaborate in design, architecture, and development while maintaining high-quality standards.

What You'll Do:

- Build and mentor development teams.
- Work with Product Management to define roadmap and key metrics.
- Collaborate with teams to define the right architecture for products.
- Manage projects and drive Agile meetings to ensure delivery excellence.
- Be involved with the development and testing of features.

What we are looking for:

- Experience in software development (Java or.NET).
- Experience leading teams.
- Coaching and collaboration skills.
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to provide visibility into metrics and goals.
- Proactive approach with initiative.
- Advanced level of English.
