Dow has an opening for a Transfer Pricing Specialist located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This position is part of the Controllers - Tax organization, Global Transfer Pricing Team.

About you and this role - What you would do in this role:
This position ensures global transfer pricing activities are carried out with great precision and accuracy. The Transfer Price Specialist helps develop strategic insights and recommendations for complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions to maximize shareholder value while working with the global transfer pricing team to ensure the integrity of global financial reporting and compliance with tax regulations.

**Responsibilities**:
- Review, analyze and monitor legal entity business results, and propose changes in intercompany prices to ensure arm’s length results- Manage global intercompany royalties and commissions processes- Assist with preparation of transfer pricing documentation reports- Maintain a strong internal control structure for transfer prices- Respond to internal and external transfer price inquiries and provide documentation if necessary- Perform/assist with royalty and commission calculation and invoicing, including responding to inquiries from all interested parties- Calculate, analyze and execute pricing updates- Distribute reporting and analysis tools to other functions- Recommend and execute work process improvements- Cross functional collaboration and planning

Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, degree in Accounting preferred- 5 years of relevant accounting/finance/tax experience- 2 years of Transfer Pricing experience- Understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles- Strong computer logic skills including MS Excel (complex formulas & macros), SAP experience preferred- Proficient in English- Previous tax experience preferred
