Program or project management experience;

Ops Integration Team is looking for an Operations Program Manager to lead several concurrent projects in support of our growth. You will own a portfolio of projects and will be accountable for their end-to-end development: from scoping to execution, through successful implementation and adoption. You will work closely with leadership and supporting areas to find opportunities for continuous improvement and will be responsible for the adoption of the correct processes and tools to raise the bar on performance and quality for our customers. To be successful in this role, you must be able to work across disciplines, organizations, and geographies, translating complex technical and operational requirements for varied audiences. You must think big, move fast, and pivot frequently in a dynamic environment. Prior experience in supply chain, FC operations, and transportation is a plus, but hands-on experience in operations is required. This person will partner and work closely with Business Management, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, IT, and Finance. At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on Earth. Key job responsibilities - Manage complex projects from conception to implementation, including new site launches and facility retrofits;
- Be accountable for key metrics and overall project outcomes;
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and dynamically lead business and product teams to define solutions that improve operational excellence;
- Lead discussions and develop business cases to support new initiatives, leveraging data from multiple stakeholders;
- Strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in using databases and analytical tools to drive data-informed decisions. A day in the life - Work with teams across Amazon to scope project requirements, including Fulfillment, Tech, Tax, Legal, Accounting, Finance, etc. - Manage project deliverables, including day-to-day communication with key stakeholders - Ensure project implementation and adoption About the team Ops Integration team is responsible for understanding business and operations requirements to develop solutions to improve Amazon network by partnering with stakeholders from Tech, Finance, Tax and Accounting with main focus on Supply Chain, Transportation and Network & Operational Excellence programs.
- Experience driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership;
- Experience driving process improvements;
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization;
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
