To perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Develops a year plan for (a part) of the manufacturing organization. Is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working.
**As a PMO/Manufacturing Manager you will be responsible for**:
- Being responsible for the overall reactivation activity for Tubular Welding shop involving production line reassemble & set up management, maintenance & certification contracts for equipment, consumables area, gas/water/air systems, internal logistics process and administrative management
- Managing project scheduling and reporting milestones to Senior Leaders
- Redefining processes and procedures on a regular basis and require frequent interaction with adjacent functions (e.g. engineering, planning, maintenance).
- Leading selection, training and development process for new employees.
- Providing total manufacturing / group leadership in the attainment of goals with respect to safety, quality, fulfillment, costs and compliance.
- Collaborating with Value Stream Leaders and other functions to achieve customer satisfaction and fulfillment objectives
- Directing the manufacturing of production and development of hardware
- Ensuring assigned employees are aware/comply with all BH, government, customer and applicable policies, procedures, rules and regulations
- Developing necessary business plans to enhance all project management requirements, including throughput, labor hours, cycle time, costs and delivery
- Structuring assigned organization and staff positions with personnel to accomplish business objectives
- Providing ongoing supervision and counseling for employees, guiding them in current positions and assisting with career development and training

- Bachelor's degree
- English and Portuguese fluent
- Good experience in shop activation and tubular welding processes
- People Leader experience
