**About Us**

**Job Overview**
We are seeking an expert-level SEO & SEA Specialist with a proven track record in both On-Page and Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and SEO strategy development. Additionally, you will have a solid background in Search Engine Advertising (SEA) to support and enhance our organic growth efforts. Your primary goal will be to optimize our website's performance for search engines, ensuring sustainable traffic growth and alignment with Otamiser’s business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **SEO Setup & Configuration**: Set up and configure websites to ensure maximum search engine visibility and lay the groundwork for long-term SEO success.
- **Technical SEO**: Optimize website structure, crawlability, indexability, and page load speed to improve overall performance and search engine rankings.
- **Off-Page SEO**: Develop and implement backlink strategies to boost domain authority, enhance online reputation, and improve rankings.
- **SEO Strategy Development**: Design and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy focused on sustained organic growth, driving relevant traffic and increasing lead generation.
- **SEA (Search Engine Advertising)**: Plan, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to complement SEO efforts, driving additional traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- **Competitive Analysis**: Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to identify keyword opportunities, traffic strategies, and areas for improvement in both SEO and SEA.
- **Performance Tracking**: Continuously monitor, analyze, and adjust SEO and SEA strategies using performance data, KPIs, and evolving industry trends to ensure ongoing success.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, SEO strategy development, and performance tracking.
- Expertise in SEA, with hands-on experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, or similar.
- Demonstrated success in setting up and configuring websites for long-term SEO and SEA growth.
- Experience in conducting competitive analysis and refining strategies based on data insights.
- Familiarity with Webflow or similar CMS platforms.
- Strong portfolio of SEO and SEA campaigns that demonstrate significant traffic and revenue growth.
