We are looking for a self-motivated **Back Office Assistant** to join our multinational team.

**What you´ll do**
- Analyze audit/system reports.
- Create reversal requests with the corresponding team.
- Analyze issues on the previous reversals requests.
- Check entries on the Bank statements.
- Identify, escalate and propose improvements together with the team.

**Requirements**:

- Excel skills - intermediate to advanced.
- Advanced communications skills in English.
- High attention to details and excellent analytical skills on reports.
- Proactive/creative person.
- Teamwork attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Be flexible on the working hours.

It's part time job, 6 hours and we work under a hybrid model.
