Sportsbook Trading Executive

**Position Overview**:
The Sportsbook Trading Analyst will be responsible for analysing existing betting strategies and identifying areas for improvement to optimize revenue. They will monitor player trends, gather and interpret large datasets, and deliver actionable insights to support business decisions. The role involves overseeing special markets from creation to settlement, managing the Sportsbook website, and supporting operational teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analysis of the existing sports betting strategies, identify potential improvements to optimise and enhance revenue.
- Analyse trends and betting patterns by constantly researching the player base
- Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets to create actionable insights and deliver comprehensive reports tailored to business needs
- Monitor industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor performance to inform strategic planning.
- Manage the full cycle of Special markets, from creation to settlement and analysis.
- Own the day-to-day management of the Sportsbook website, including uploading and scheduling of marketing banners and website menus.
- Support and assist all operational teams with Sportsbook matters.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new starters/departments.
- Contribute to the product development to enhance the customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of sports betting markets across a variety of different sports
- A strong intuition for spotting bad trading decisions and identifying ways to improve them
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in data analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with large datasets
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to collaborate and communicate confidently and build strong working relationships.
- Previous experience in the sports betting industry and experience in working with CMS and trading systems.
