Channel Ship Services Limited (CSS Limited) is currently seeking an experienced Offshore Senior Surveyor to join our team who is experienced with 4D Nav, Sonardyne Fusion 2 and ROV Sensors. As an Offshore Senior Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing and conducting survey operations in offshore environments. You will supervise and lead a team of surveyors, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of survey data and providing technical expertise to support offshore projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and overseeing offshore survey operations, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities.
- Leading a team of surveyors, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Operating and maintaining survey equipment, such as multibeam sonars, GNSS receivers, and sub-bottom profilers.
- Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of survey data through proper calibration, quality control, and data processing procedures.
- Performing marine geophysical and geotechnical surveys, including seafloor mapping, profile surveys, and bathymetric surveys.
- Analyzing survey data and preparing accurate reports and deliverables for clients.
- Collaborating with project teams and clients to understand project requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality survey services.
- Implementing safety procedures and best practices to ensure a safe working environment during survey operations.
- Keeping up-to-date with advancements in survey equipment, software, and techniques.
- Participating in offshore mobilization and demobilization activities.
- Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on survey equipment.
- Providing technical expertise and support to team members and clients.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Offshore Surveyor or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Geomatics, Oceanography, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and conducting offshore survey operations.
- Strong knowledge of survey equipment, software, and techniques.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining multibeam sonars, GNSS receivers, and sub-bottom profilers.
- Experience in marine geophysical and geotechnical surveys.
- Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of surveyors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in offshore survey operations.
- Willingness to work on a rotational schedule and travel to offshore locations as required.
- Valid offshore medical and survival certifications.
