**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Evaluate performance in the performance of their functions, managing information, assisting in the execution of their administrative tasks and in meetings, scheduling and canceling appointments, controlling documents and correspondence, serving external and internal customers, events and travel and providing services in foreign languages. When necessary, take care of the executives' personal agenda. Prepare a report by carrying out surveys, elaboration, of controls in accordance with the company's procedures in force, assisting in decision-making relevant to the area, aiming at planning the flow of information, monitoring and standardizing work processes in accordance with quality standards and security in the company.

**MAIN ACTIVITIES**:

- Control the schedule of appointments, mail distribution, telephone answering, establish the requested contacts and organize the administrative processes under your responsibility;
- Control visits and participation in events, booking tickets, hotels and restaurants.
- Prepare a report, consolidating information about the automotive sector, medical, political and legislation data, providing data for presentations, etc.;

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Advanced/fluent English language.
- Languages Japanese/Spanish or another language (desirable - not required).

**WORK PLACE**:Sorocaba/ SP.
