**Requisitos**:
**Obrigatórios**: - Experiência anterior com Customer Success, Canais de Parceria, Vendas B2B ou Desenvolvimento de Negócios. Familiaridade com CRM (como Pipedrive, HubSpot ou RD Station CRM). Conhecimento em métricas de performance e funil de vendas. Boa redação e habilidade de comunicação verbal.Desejáveis: - Experiência com programas de parceria (referral, reseller, co-sell). Vivência em empresas de tecnologia, SaaS ou aceleração comercial. Inglês intermediário ou avançado. KPIs esperados: - % de parceiros ativos
- Taxa de ativação pós-onboarding
- Receita gerada por parceiro
- Taxa de engajamento em campanhas
- NPS dos parceiros
**Escolaridade Mínima**: Ensino Médio (2º Grau)
