**As Senior Recruiter you will be responsible for**
- Market open positions through the appropriate channels
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs and timelines
- Manage any speciality external recruitment agreements
- Take ownership of ensuring best hiring practices are followed across the company
- Develop and maintain hiring criteria and scorecards for specific roles
- Provide leadership team with advise on key value drivers that will attract top talent to the company
- Maintain systems, procedures and automations within the ATS to ensure efficiency within the hiring process
- Key metrics for success in the role will be employee retention, employee growth and hiring targets met
**Skills**:
- 4 years working in Agency or recruitment within a high growth tech company
- Excellent communication skills
- Very strong spoken and written skills in English
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Big plus - Experience working for a high growth SaaS company
