**Principais atividades**
- Coordenar equipe nas atividades relacionadas à gestão de contratos, operações de fusões e aquisições, elaboração, revisão e implementação dos atos societários da empresas do grupo, com especial atenção ao atendimento à áreas financeira, de auditoria interna, de compliance e de relações com investidores;
- Responsável por treinar e desenvolver o time alinhando atividades com os objetivos estratégicos da Companhia;
- Identificar novas oportunidades de aprimoramento e melhorias contínuas nos processos internos e o desenvolvimento de novas práticas.

**Conhecimento, experiência e formação**
- Experiência com gestão de pessoas;
- Experiência em empresas de grande porte ou em escritórios que prestem serviços de consultoria multidisciplinar para a área corporativa, assim entendida, societário, tributário, contratos, operações de reorganizações e similares;
- Possuir carteira da OAB ativa;
- Superior completo em Direito.
