Plant Controller

**Location**: Cotia, São Paulo, Brazil

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor plant controlling activities for two manufacturing sites;
- Support and challenge the local supply chain teams in performance measurement, management reviews, costs reduction, working capital optimization and investment decisions;
- Participate to Period End Closing, in support of the local Finance & Administration team;
- Manage and drive the quarterly latest estimate and the annual budget process for the plants;
- Lead all costing and inventories management activities together with local supply chain management, F&A and other Controllers;
- Develop Financial and Controlling culture and behavior in the plant, especially through Controlling Manual promotion and improvement.
