**We are searching the best talent for Supply Chain Associate to be in São Paulo - Brazil.**

**Purpose**:The Demand Planning Associate will be responsible for the leadership of IBP (Integrated business planning) process for his/her respective franchises, be part of SQUAD Commercial & Supply Chain teams, support Cluster Brazil team in their development and lead launch projects focused on seasonable products. This professional will report for the Demand Planning Manager.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Lead IBP process for part of Consumer Health Brands in Brazil (step 2: Demand Review) focused on portfolio management, sell out and DOH analysis
- Be focal point on Commercial Squads (weekly) representing Supply Chain providing analysis to mitigate/anticipate risks and opportunities with agile and partnership mindset
- Interact with a multifunctional team to capture plans, trends and market events to define and influence forecast at sku / DC level.
- Serve as a Supply Chain focus point to Sales & Marketing and vice-versa, guaranteeing knowledge transfer and driving decisions.
- Manage and optimize the inventory quality, driving actions to avoid and reducing slob/write-off.
- Support Production planning on mid/long term capacity analysis, providing info and prioritization when needed.
- Guarantee forecast accuracy (MAPE) and service level (NPO/OTIF), by tracking performance, identifying risks and driving actions.
- Manage and own demand planning master data including discontinuations, PIPO and NPIs.
- Lead launch projects focused on seasonable products by leadership, influence and negotiating skills to attend deliverables on proper timeline and expected ship to trade date

**Qualificações** Qualifications and requirements**:
**Required**
- University Bachelor’s Degree, Economy, Business Administration, Engineering or related is required.
- 6+ Years Of General Business Experience (Focus on experience operating IBP process or related areas as Commercial strategy, finance, sales operation)
- Relevant skills for this position: Great communication, attention to details, lead by influence, resilience, pro-active / positive behavior, team work and hands-on (multi-tasking and problem-solving skills)
- Advanced Level Of Excel & Power Point
- Advanced Level Of English

**Desirable**
- Previous experience leading S&OP
- Masters Of Business Administration (MBA)
- Advanced Level Of Spanish.
- Training And/Or Certification APICS |IBF Certification.
- A Minimum Of 2 Years’ experience with SAP APO, OMP or Similar ERP
