**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to support the Regional Director as the Latam region grows its business.

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing the technical and functional tasks that our contractors must provide to support our clients for Microsoft Dynamics projects and Flinfox's software implementations.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in ERP deployment in a project management/program management capacity
- Extensive experience building and managing remote teams
- Experience in managing a multidisciplinary IT team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 and at least 1 end to end full lifecycle implementation of D365 F&O
- In-depth knowledge of project management, operations and processes in a client-facing capacity
- Fluent English

**Desirable**
- Experience in CRM deployment
- Experience implementing/providing support to other ERP Systems
- Development background
- PMI certification or equivalent
- Intermediate Spanish
