**Main tasks**:

- Create the rolling sales forecast for next 24 months of the industry that is responsible for
- Create and maintain a feasible production plan and importation process based on the monthly demand aligned in the S&OP process
- Ensure agreed product availability level for customer orders, and minimize customer impacts when delays are imminent
- Manage WIP and FG inventories at relevant site/ warehouse

**Other tasks**:

- Set, review and maintain MRP master data settings
- Follow up on orders, and monitor, evaluate and communicate supply risks
- Maintain phase in/out plans
- Monitoring Capacity load
- Prepare reliable supply plans for shutdowns
- Inventory prediction inputs for BRM reviews
- Prepare inputs and participate in monthly meetings with manufacturing, supply chain, global capacity planning, etc
- Analyze sales trends and review past forecasting performance and identify major forecast variances
- Set-up relevant interfaces to sales and business finance and conduct meetings adhering to demand planning process

**Key stakeholders**:
Manufacturing, detailed schedulers

Global Industry Supply Managers for alignments in supply shortages, products phase in/out, etc

CSR & Logistics teams to follow up on orders status

Global Capacity Planning

Sales Managers for alignments on demand plan and supply issues

Business Finance

**Requirements**:
Experience with MRP, SAP IBP, ECC and APO platforms

Knowledge about planning parameters (lead-times, lot sizes, safety stocks, delivery times, etc)

Good working knowledge of MS-Excel and data mining from SAP, APO and BW/AAO platforms

Experience in operations, inventory management, MRP and lean manufacturing processes

Good problem-solving skills;
University degree in Production Engineering, Administration, Logistics or a bachelor’s degree in a related field;
Advanced English;
Spanish is desirable;

**What is the “way of working”?**

The work is hybrid - 3 days on site - from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
