The Role:
**A senior credit risk analyst, also known as a credit risk associate, determines the creditworthiness and risk profile of a business by analyzing their financial data and deciding whether or not to extend them credit. Senior credit risk analysts must be able to handle very high levels of responsibility in their jobs. Senior credit risk analyst will conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit requests, including new requests, changed requests, refinancing and annual due diligence. It is also responsibility of the Senior credit risk analyst to provide recommendations tied to analysis and assessment of credit risk, especially that involve a borrower’s ability to repay.

- **reading financial briefings**
- **assessing, analyzing and interpreting complex financial information**
- **keeping company credit exposures within set risk bearing limits**
- **keeping knowledge of key issues up to date (for example legal, market risk and compliance issues)**
- **making recommendations about procedures/policy changes.
What You Bring to the Team:

- **Minimum of 4 **years of experience in **accounting, credit analysis, finance.**
- **Qualifications in business management, finance, accounting, or economics are required. Advanced English and Intermediary Spanish Proficiency is mandatory. Strong proficiency in MS Office; strong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data, ability to effectively manage competing deadlines for projects in a high-pressure work environment, with varying degrees of supervision are also essential.**
- Individual of high integrity with the self-confidence to see many sides of a problem and resolve issues with empathy and intelligence, plus the ability to remain calm and rigid under pressure from sales management.
- Highly organized, analytical, and strategic thinker who can identify and solve problems in an efficient manner
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience of delivering executive presentation to upline management.
- Individual must have held an underwriting authority in a previous credit risk related role.
