**_Overview of the role_**
- The _**_Operations Specialist_**_ plays a key role in supporting daily store operations, including inventory management, shipment handling, and ensuring the organization of the back-of-house (BOH) area. This position involves assisting with the completion of replenishment tasks, gap scans, cyclic counts, and monitoring store-to-store transfers. The _**_Operations Specialist_**_ ensures smooth and efficient store operations, helping to maintain safety standards and assist with the continuous improvement of operational processes._

**_What you will do: -_**
- Description of Accountability:_

**_Inventory & Stock Management Support_**
- _Assist with completing Replenishment App, Gap Scans, and Cyclic Counts according to store schedules._
- _Support in analyzing inventory reports, identify discrepancies, and follow up with the team to ensure accurate stock levels._

**_Logistics & Transfers Support_**
- _Monitor the flow of incoming shipments and store-to-store transfers, ensuring that all items are processed and recorded correctly._
- _Assist in resolving any discrepancies related to shipments and transfers under the guidance of the Operations Team Lead._

**_Back-of-House (BOH) Organization_**
- _Maintain an organized and clean back-of-house area, ensuring items are properly stored and easily accessible._
- _Support seasonal transitions by ensuring stock is rotated and properly labelled in preparation for changes._

**_Operational Support _**
- Provide support in back-office operations, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately._

**_Supplier Communication_**
- Support communication with suppliers regarding order statuses, delivery schedules, and any issues that may arise._
