Project Operations Manager

**Job description**:

- Ensure that the Service unit facilities are sized, adequate and aligned to the development of demands as per service portfolio;
- Ensure the validation of new concepts and technologies meeting the customer's needs for the products provided by the company, aiming not to generate downtime in offshore operations or loss of production;
- Elaborate business plans, based on the company's strategic planning, including the dimensioning of physical and human resources appropriate for the volume of business expected for the next 3 years;
- Prepare the annual budget for expenses and investments, monitor its progress monthly and ensure that the approved limit is not exceeded;
- Ensure the exchange of information with other TechnipFMC units around the world, in order to disseminate best practices within the organization
- Ensure the availability of qualified labor to the needs of your area, through the selection, training, management and motivation of your subordinates;
- Contribute to increasing the level of product quality through the dissemination of product information and early discussion of the process with those responsible for execution.
