**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and standards
- Manage general ledger activities and entries
- Coordinate audits and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain supporting documentation
- Support senior management with financial analysis and decision-making
- Guide and mentor junior accounting staff

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting regulations, principles, and procedures (including GAAP)
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and FreshBooks.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP)
- Experience with financial reporting and budget management
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- CPA or CMA certification is desirable
