**About the team**:
The Services Solution Advisor (SSA) Intern will proactively support in demand generation and deal support activities. Responsible for preparing presentations, support team’s forecast and marketing activities, gathering performance indicators and following up action plans with the CS and SAE’s team.

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and remains curious, who likes to work on meaningful, innovative projects and are motivated by lifelong learning.

**What you’ll do**:
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Services Solution Advisor (SSA)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil

**In this role, you’ll**:
The working student will assist with various operational tasks such as but not limited to:

- Proactively promote selected SAP portfolio to drive incremental services sales;
- Support the development of strategies to position and sell services solutions;
- Review of license sales pipeline and services attach;
- Review customer metrics;
- Review pipeline metrics and progress of deals and leads, supporting the SSA team in quality and cleansing;
- Enter data into CRM and supporting sales activities to deliver a proposal to the customer;
- Generate reports to monitor the demand generation process;
- Support services sales demand generation activities, leveraging all relevant channels: events, campaigns and social media;
- Be a trusted advisor from the licenses and services team;
- Review shelfware, customer consumption, cloud metrics;
- Cloud evangelist on SSA’s expertise area;
- Demand Maturation;

**Who you are**:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Current studying Systems Engineering, Engineering, Administration or related fields.
- Advanced English;
- Advanced MS Office skills;
- Spanish is a plus;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Collaborative, proactive and team player;
