- Acting as project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including geologists, drilling engineers, and project managers, to achieve project objectives
- Identify and resolve technical challenges that arise during well operations to maintain the integrity and performance of wells
- Being responsible for interfacing and coordination with Reservoir, Well, Surface Engineering and Production Operations throughout the complete lifecycle of wells and fields
- Reservoir energetic characterization, PVTs analysis, reservoir pressure behavior analysis, others.
- Analyze Data and evaluate geological, petrophysics and reservoir parameters to optimize well performance and make informed decisions about well interventions
- Evaluation and interpretation of pressure/production test, Build Up, Drawdown, Fallow Test
- Evaluate production and well performance, with strong expertise in modelling and optimizing well inflow and outflow performance
- Nodal analysis, multiphase flow, formation skin and artificial lift system design and Optimization in oil and gas production wells,
- Conceptual well and completion design, evaluating reservoir and production effects on well productivity delivering on time proposals including multidisciplinary technologies
- Responsible to define Sand control technics, and interact multi-disciplinary with areas to select the suitable lower and upper completion components
- Well Integrity analysis and flow assurance and well surveillance, domaining process from sand face to the surface choke
- Conduct simulations and analyses to predict potential flow assurance issues such as hydrates, wax, and scale and Work closely with other engineering disciplines to design appropriate mitigation strategies
- Support and collaboration to ensure that all operations are conducted efficiently and in compliance with industry standards
- Evaluate and Implement Emerging Technologies: Conduct comprehensive feasibility analyses to assess and integrate new technologies, enhancing production efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handling communication with colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have bachelor’s degree (Petroleum Engineering is preferred)
- Have advanced experience in workover and well abandonment
- Have an advanced English, Portuguese and Spanish
- Have good oral and written communication skills
- Have good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Familiarity with daily operations and operational procedures, services and technologies for conducting major and/or minor workover, Coiled-Tubing, and Slickline operations.
- Desired Proficiency in Production and Reservoir Analysis Software: Demonstrated experience with industry-standard software such as MBAL, PROSPER, PVTP, NETool, Reveal, and other relevant tools.
