**Responsibilities**:
Develop a solid understanding of the products that are to be tested; understand the functional and technical requirements as well as the business processes that the customers will be employing while using the products.
- Strong hands-on experience with manual testing, supply chain, order management processes.
- Create test plans, scenarios, and cases.
- Participate in planning sessions and scrum and provide meaningful inputs.
- Work with the scrum team and product owner to develop test plans and test scenarios that will be the basis of producing test cases and scripts.
- The job involves reviewing and executing manual and automated test scripts based on new product feature requirements, as well as defect fixes.
- Create and execute regression test packs.
- Review requirements/specifications for testability and collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to validate product acceptance criteria.
- Specify requirements for environmental data resources and tools and work as a member of the scrum team to ensure that appropriate test environments are provisioned.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in software testing
- Strong hands-on experience testing front-end and back-end ERP/CRM/OMS systems.
- Strong experience in defining manual/automated functional test specifications, test execution, and reporting.
- Experience with API Testing (Postman).
- Ability to understand complex business and technical domains.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Zephyr.
- Good verbal and oral communication skills.
- Should have attention to detail.
- Should have an analytical mind and problem-solving attitude.
